Piercedfish.com Review

Hey everyone! I am back with a new review & this is from Pierced Fish Body Jewelry.  I ordered from their website this previous Tuesday & my package was here on this previous Friday. That's awesome in my eyes!

I was looking for a nose screw that was going to be long enough to fit in my nose & I decided to purchase a flat back nose hoop (I like the look of a hoop in my nose...to me, it looks cool & retro.).  Purchasing from Pierced Fish was a breeze & the prices are VERY reasonable. *Disclaimer* I cleaned all of my nose jewelry with 70% alcohol & washed my hands before inserting the nose jewelry into my nose.

I thought this nose ring would be gorgeous for the "Divine Ladies" 2nd line. Even though my camera did not focus like I wanted it to, you can see how pretty the Topaz stone is. Unfortunately, this ring did not in my nose. My nose is too fat for the ring.

From the review of this nose ring, it's a little longer that the other nose screws so I thought this would help me. Once again, it didn't fit. The picture is not doing any justice...it's a lovely light green stone nose screw with a "pressed fit" setting. I think the "pressed fit" stone setting means the stone does not sink into your piercing *shrugs*. Forgive me, I am new to nose jewelry shopping.

{Surgical Steel Flat Back Nose Hoop 18g & 3/8"}

When I was researching for nose hoops, I knew that I needed a big nose hoop due to my fat nose. I purchased what I would consider the "medium" size because I thought it would be big enough. If & when I purchase another nose hoop, I will purchase 1/4" or to me the "large size". To me, the 3/8" is too short for my thick, fat nose. I am currently wearing the nose hoop now. I like it, but not in love with it. The nose hoop gives me the "cool, retro look" that I was looking for. Here's some pics with my nose hoop:

I will definitely order from Pierced Fish again because of the prices & the rapid standard shipping. I know now to buy "fish tails" nose rings & bend them to "L bent" nose screws or nose corkscrews.
